2011 "Math Safari" Speaker Proposal Form
This form is used to submit a proposal to speak at our 2011 Annual Conference, "Math Safari", which will be held March 18 - 19, 2011 at the Flatwoods/Sutton Days Inn Hotel Conference Center.
This form is used to enter a poster in the 2011 Student Poster Contest. Form and entry are due to the Conference Registration Table by noon on Friday, March 18, 2011.
2011 Distinguished Service Award
This form is used to nominate an outstanding West Virginia Educator for WVCTM's highest honor, The Distinguished Service Award, otherwise known as "The Chair". Nominations are due February 1, 2011.
2011 Teacher of the Year Awards
This form is used to nominate an outstanding West Virginia Educator to be the 2011 WVCTM Mathematics Teacher of the Year. Nominations are due February 1, 2011.
2011 Teacher-In-Training Grant
This form is used to apply for the 2011 Walter Regula Teacher-In-Training Grant. This is a $600.00 grant awarded to an aspiring Mathematics Teacher. The application is due February 1, 2011.
This form is used to apply for the 2011 Golden Holtan Grants. WVCTM awards up to five $400.00 mini-grants to be used in West Virginia classrooms. The application is due February 1, 2011.
